ok folks. typhoon #22 of the year is fast approaching and this one, it turns out, is actually going to smash into the kanto plain tomorrow morning about 9 am. this means that i will most likely be spending my saturday inside waiting for the weather to clear. give me some advice on what i should do to kill the time tomorrow.
