nootz shocker!
in case you haven't checked the comments lately, special thanks to tipster mcgrew of brooklyn new york:Fairfield Twp. Police Department filed charges of attempted murder and felonious assault last week in Butler County Area II Court against Ryan D. Nootz, 26, of Bevington Lane in Hamilton.

Nootz has yet to be located. Fairfield Twp. police believe he fled Ohio and may be en route to California, St. John said.
Anyone with information regarding Nootz's whereabouts is asked to contact Fairfield Twp. police Detective Mike Kammer at (513) 785-4171 or Crimestoppers at (513) 352-3040.

"OK, so I've been doing some moderatly intense research on this during
the slow time as they have our enterances blocked currently here at
work.
He plead guilty to attempted murder and got 1-3 years on the plea
bargain. It appears as though the sentencing was in may, but his
expected release date is in March of 08. So, I don't know if they're
releasing him early due to overcrowding or good behaivor but he won't
serve a whole year in jail for stabbing a guy in the back.
I couldn't find out where they finally caught up with him, but the
incident happened right before christmas last year. The article I
referenced earlier was written on Jan 02, 2007. Based on what I have
gathered from various Myspace pages of his friends, he stabbed the
guy for taking his weed. Apparently they were at a house party late
night and this guy ganked Nootz' weed. They got in a big arguement
and the owner of the house kicked everybody out. The arguement then
continued in the yard/street. When the neighbors yelled that they
were calling the cops the victim tried to leave. nootz then stabbed
him in the back and cut another guy that tried to intervene, then
took off.
Other good stuff I found. Apparently back in May of '06 Nootz was
living in a house (7565 wildbranch rd Hamilton) and was having lots
of people over all the time.(They even set up a myspace group for
it: http://groups.myspace.com/nootzcrib ) Well, they had a big
beer pong tournament and apparently the cops showed up and busted the
party. Sounds like there were some minors at the party. So, the
next day, Nootz gets an eviction notice. There was a discussion
about that on the group page. So, i don't know what else happened in
his world between there and stabbing a guy in the back, but I'd say
he was definitally living it up, or down.

Since this post has already been tagged "Talawanda Fugitives" I figured I'd update it with a tip I received from tipster Applebaum of Los Angeles, CA. from the Oxford Press Local Crime Report:
"Carlos Eversole, 29, 9A Day Circle Drive, was charged with exposing himself to a juvenile on Aug. 20."
I guess he's not really a "fugitive," but still. How the mighty have fallen.
