the suspense is bone-crunching
buckeye state blog has had some awesome ohio republican scandal stories in recent days. today the rumor alert is huge:Sources close to the Flynt Hooker investigation tell me that they've zeroed in on one Republican, from Ohio's House Delegation, whose contacts appear repeatedly throughout the DC Madam's listings.
the question rippling through the multiblog is of course, which one?
- cincinnati's combover king steve chabot?
- dayton's donglord mike turner?
- lima's cromagnon noob jim jordan?
- paul gillmor?
- dave hobson?
- pat tiberi?
- ralph regula?
as one of the twelve poor bastards with butler county residency to have voted against "cabana boy" boehner in every congressional election i was able, none could give me greater joy than the minority leader himself...
...unless...
?any way you cut it, america wins.

Waiting for the morality fall-out is fun, but think about the suspense those poor hookers are living in, knowing that at some point their names are going to come out and everyone will know that they laid down with the beast.
Gosh. Too bad.
PS Jean looks like she's in training to take on Cheney for the role of Skeletor in the upcoming Masters of the Universe remake. What on earth could stretch a skull like that?
I used to work with Jean when she was a lowly State Rep. She wore red white and blue and put big ribbons in her hair every session day. She was truly nauseating and folks on both sides of the aisle said so. I for one will never forget her championing the biennial budget issue to cut subsidized childcare from 150% to 100% of poverty for Ohio mothers. We had a 4 billion dollar structural deficit at the time, and this returned couple 100 thousand to the state coffers, but left about 30,000 moms with tears of anger and tough decisions to make. She was a nasty yesman for Larry Householder and continues to be a toadie for the Bush admin. We'll all be better off when the demons reclaim her as spawn mother on high and take her from this world.
