any of you smokeland folks catch wind of this? i'd love to hear any stories if you got 'em.

At 1:53 PM , OJB said...: I rode by the fallen highway section this morning on the way to work. It's pretty outrageous. It really looked like the road just melted.
Apparently, the driver of the tanker made it out of the crash, walked to a gas station, and caught a taxi to the hospital. My guess is that the guy got hyped up on yellow jackets, tried to ghost ride the tanker on the highway and just couldn't keep up. As a result, my commute home today will be 30-45 minutes longer. Damned Hyphy.
